Terms of service

By using DeniBook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

DeniBook is provided to help you track credit and payments for your own business. We may change, limit, or discontinue features; when we can, we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including any team or device that can access it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that data so we can provide DeniBook. Don’t use the product for anything unlawful or harmful.

Disclaimer

DeniBook is offered “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or meet every use case. You use it at your own risk for your business records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DeniBook. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the period giving rise to the claim, or, if you did not pay, to zero.
