How much does DeniBook cost?
Free Starter helps you track debt and recover your first overdue balances (includes 5 reminder sends) and never expires. Smart Pack is KSh 149 (automatic recovery tools + 30 days premium; includes 80 reminder sends). Growth Pack is KSh 349 (team recovery tools + 30 days premium; includes 200 reminder sends). Unused reminder sends stay available after premium access ends.
Is it free to start?
Yes. No credit card required. New accounts get the Starter pack so you can record credit sales, see who owes you, and send your first payment follow-ups right away, plus unlimited customers, credit sales, and payment recording.
How do payment reminders work?
Open a customer or credit sale, choose Send Reminder, review the message, and send. Your customer receives a normal SMS — they do not need the DeniBook app.
What happens when I run out of follow-ups?
Buy a follow-up top-up or another Feature Pack to keep recovering overdue balances. If Smart or Growth access is still active, premium recovery tools stay unlocked even when reminder sends run out. Unused reminder sends never expire with Smart or Growth. Your customers, sales, and balances stay saved — nothing is deleted.
What happens when Smart or Growth expires?
Smart and Growth premium tools (automatic follow-up, Today’s Reminder list, and Growth staff/insights) stay active for 30 days. When that period ends you return to Starter. Any unused reminder sends remain for manual follow-up. Renew anytime to restore premium tools.
Does my customer need a smartphone?
No. Reminders arrive as a regular SMS on any phone that can receive text messages, including basic feature phones.
Can I record partial payments?
Yes. Record full or partial payments and DeniBook updates the remaining balance immediately, with a clear payment history.
